Hey there! I’m Jeff Barry. I’m a self-taught poet from Las Vegas, Nevada. I have a BA in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I didn't attend college for creative writing, but I’ve been writing poetry as an introspective tool for nearly two decades. As such, I’m a big proponent of using poetry as an outlet to cope with mental health issues (especially depression, anxiety, and ADHD). I’ve only recently resolved to share my passion for writing and the creative process with others. I’m putting the finishing touches on a full-length manuscript of poetry, forthcoming by the name of "Petting Zoo For Intangibles." I am also in the process of submitting work to literary journals.
